NotarEyes Foundation® -- expand access to industry-recognized certification programs that strengthen project management and business knowledge. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we offer programs that develop structured planning, leadership, and operational skills. With advocacy at the forefront, we offer resources to mental health support, and consulting services for career advancement. By focusing on practical training, resource access, and entrepreneurial guidance. We are creating pathways to globally recognized, sustainable, meaningful employment and economic independence, honoring our mission to serve those who served and uplift at-risk young adults.

Veterans have made extraordinary sacrifices in service to this nation — placing duty above self at every turn. Yet the transition from military to civilian life is rarely seamless. Career disruption, skill translation barriers, and limited access to professional development opportunities can threaten the very stability our veterans have earned. The Notareyes Foundation — itself veteran-led — is committed to closing that gap. We provide free, career-focused training in project management, professional certification pathways, and AI-informed professional skills to veterans at any stage of their post-service journey: whether transitioning from active duty, cross-training into a new field, or building on the skills gained through years of dedicated service.

Young adults ages 18–26 are a primary focus of the Notareyes Foundation. Without access to higher education or professional skills training, this population faces heightened vulnerability to abuse, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation. The Foundation intervenes at this critical juncture — providing free, career-focused training in project management, professional certifications, and workforce readiness skills that create real pathways to economic stability and self-sufficiency.
